Ordering Online

We will email you as soon as we possibly can in order to acknowledge receipt of your order once you have submitted it online. Please note that this email is not an order acceptance from us and at this stage, no contract has yet been formed between us.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email, constituting a formal acceptance of your order; this forms a binding contract between us.

Subject to availability, we will aim to dispatch your order within six weeks of its receipt and once payment has been approved.  If you need an item more urgently, we cannot guarantee this, but advise you to contact us swiftly, so that we can discuss your requirements.  Should there be a delay for any reason on your order, we will notify you by email and you will then have the right to cancel your order.  Alternatively, you can choose to have a replacement item sent instead. Once the goods have been dispatched to you, they become your property. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.


Liability

It is imperative that you notify us within seven days of receipt, if the goods delivered to you are not the correct items, or are defective or damaged.  Otherwise, we shall accept no liability.

You must comply with, and observe all applicable legislation and regulations, including obtaining any relevant import permits needed to purchase goods from our site. We accept no liability for goods purchased by you in respect of any local laws regarding their import.

We make every effort to ensure our website is as accurate, current, complete and error free as possible.  Unless we are at fault, we are not liable for any inaccuracies or errors which are beyond our reasonable control.

We cannot guarantee that colours will be rendered correctly on different computer monitors. Any of the product dimensions that we supply are for guide purposes only and are intended to give an approximate indication of size. All items of AU Bespoke jewellery have been individually and skillfully handcrafted using natural materials and therefore, it is possible that slight variations in colour, shape and size may occur within the products displayed on the website. This is not a fault with the product, but a natural characteristic of the design which is beyond our control.

If you have any questions about our products, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order on our website.


Prices

Our prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling and payment can only be accepted in British Pounds Sterling. At the time of publication all our prices are correct; goods are charged at the price shown on the website at the time an order is placed. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

If we are unable to supply the goods you have ordered at the price or conditions shown, we will notify you as soon as possible.


Cancellation

If we have published any information incorrectly – including pricing or other relevant information regarding jewellery descriptions or delivery times, or any other information in general – we reserve the right to cancel your order. This will be done by email and you shall have the right to reconsider replacing your order, after we supply you with the correct information. At the point of cancellation, we will refund any sum taken from your credit card as soon as possible and certainly, within 30 days of your order. We shall not be liable for any disappointment suffered, nor any further compensation.


Sizing

As we have emphasised in our FAQ section, in order to ensure that you order a ring in the correct size, you should go to a trusted, local jeweller and have them measure your finger properly; ideally they should do this at different times of day in order to get an average measurement. If you are outside the UK then you can use our ring conversion chart to make sure you supply us with the correct UK size. Be aware that conversion charts may differ.  We cannot accept any liability for rings that have been incorrectly made as a result of measurements we have received from the customer.


Caring for your jewellery

Please care for your jewellery by following the instructions in our FAQ section or by following the advice of a professional jeweller.  Au Bespoke cannot accept liability for any items of jewellery that have not been cared for appropriately.

Agreement

The terms and conditions listed above form the entire agreement between us, AU Bespoke and you, the customer. We shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions if any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as fire, industrial action, the breakdown of systems or network disruption, flood, accident, fire or explosion.
